Meet Mandy Chung

Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Ming Wai and you can call me Mandy. I am a Hong Konger who spent most of my life time in Hong Kong and 6 years in Australia.

Grew up in a combination of asian and western cultures, I was blessed to taste lots of good food from different countries, which also makes me an enthusiastic taster.

During my university time, I had lots of spare time but not much money to dine out, that makes me became a home cook who was able to turn a tight budget into an incredible meal.

I am passionate in cooking cuisine from different countries. I believe the cuisine of a country reflect the unique culture and life style, and hence become a unique flavour to taste. While learning how to cook and taste flavours all over the world, I also learning to be humble and open-minded.

That’s the reason I start this blog, I’d love to share my favourite recipes and explore the food cultures and tastes with you all over the world!
