Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 250 g Minced Pork
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 piece Lettuce
- 2 pieces Shallot
- 1 bundle Mint Leaves
- 1 bundle Spring Onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp Thai Fish Sauce
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Chili Flake (Adjustablebased on acceptable spiciness)
- 1 tbsp Grained Roast Rice (Optional)
- ½ tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients. Slice the shallot and chop the spring onion.
- Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon oil and stir fry the minced pork. Hence, add 1 tbsp water into the pan and keep stir frying until the minced pork completely cooked.
- Turn the heat to low heat and pour all seasonings into it. Stir fry it well and then turn off the stove.
- Place sliced shallot, mint leaves and chopped spring onion into the fried pork and mix them well.
- Then you can wrap the minced pork using lettuce or you can pair this dish with a bowl of fragrant Thai jasmine rice. Um…Yummy~
